Revelry Racing 40mm Billet Throttle Body

Improved throttle response and power output through the whole rev range regardless of engine displacement.

Depending on your engine configuration this can be the best power for dollar modification you can make.

While they were developed to perfectly match to our Big Valve Cylinder Heads for 865cc motors, these throttle bodies also work well on 650cc motors and cosmetically they are simply beautiful!

Plugs directly into stock wiring harness. Uses the stock throttle position sensor, idle speed control and throttle cables.

Plugs into the stock hose locations for manifold pressure sensor and idle air intake.

Supplied without fuel line and can be used easily with a variety of tanks and pump configurations.

For connection to stock fuel tank and pump please add optional Fuel Line Kit for stock tank when ordering.

Requires removal of stock air box and fitment of new air filters and crankcase breather filter.

We recommend Revelry Racing Pod filters and breather filter kit.

Requires porting stock throttle body adapters to match.
