Open up your exhaust with the Australian made,free flowing headers for your Royal Enfield Twin.

Visually they are beautiful, designed to alignwith the frame down tubes for a clean, streamlined look.  Available in stainless or ceramic coatedblack 

or silver (by special order).  They are a direct fit with the S&S slipon mufflers (45mm) and omit the need for muffler gaskets. If you wish to useaftermarket mufflers that fit the stock head pipes without gaskets (41mm) youcan specify that as an option in your order.

Standard headers include 12mm bungs for use withthe stock narrow band O2 sensors. Optional 18 mm bungs for wide band sensorsfor racing and dyno tuning can be specified at the time of order.  

While we don’t have any numbers on just addingthe header set to a stock bike with air cleaner and mufflers, we can tell you a650 GT with S&S Race Only Mufflers and S&S Air Cleaner (No Tuner) made43.90 hp at 6800 rpm and  39.97 ft lbtorque at 5100.

The Heavy Duty Magazine 650 Interceptor withS&S Race Only  Mufflers, DNA AirCleaner, Revelry Racing Headers and a Powertronic Tuner made 50.07 hp at 6500and 44.68 ft lb at 5100 rpm.
