⚠️ Dynamometer Testing & Tuning Waiver and Release – Customer Acknowledgement and Vehicle Condition I represent that I have the full authority to authorise the testing and tuning of the motorcycle described below and to enter into this Waiver and Release. I am aware that all dynamometer tests are intended to be and will be conducted at maximum performance and wide-open throttle. This subjects the vehicle to stresses similar to those experienced during maximum-speed operation on a road or track, which carries an inherent risk of engine, drivetrain, and/or tyre/wheel failure or damage. As the Customer, I know, understand, and fully accept the risk of running my motorcycle on the dynamometer. As the Customer, I hereby represent that I know the current condition of the motorcycle and assure that it is in acceptable mechanical condition to run on the dynamometer. I acknowledge that Revelry Cycles does not know, nor assumes any knowledge of the full internal condition of the vehicle being tested or tuned, and I nevertheless agree to proceed with dynamometer use. I represent that all parts of the motorcycle are in good working condition and are capable of withstanding full power and full throttle performance during any testing or tuning being performed. Release of Liability Therefore, I hereby release and discharge Revelry Cycles from any and all liability, claims, or damages of any nature, including physical damage or other losses, which may be sustained by the motorcycle as a result of the testing or tuning on the dynamometer. Power Tuning and Off-Road Use Disclaimer “Power Tune” Disclaimer: While Revelry Cycles takes every care in tuning your motorcycle safely, tuning for maximum power often involves pushing all mechanical components to the limits and sometimes beyond the manufacturer’s recommended power levels. We will not be held liable for mechanical failures now or in the future that result from high-performance tuning. This work is performed ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Off-Road Use: All tuning and performance modifications are sold as “off-road use / race use only.” The tuning and recalibration of emissions systems may alter the legally designated emissions output from the motorcycle’s exhaust. Altering emissions may be illegal for road-registered vehicles in your state or territory unless you hold a specific exemption (such as an ADR exception, primary producer exemption, or ADF vehicle status). By agreeing to the terms and conditions below, I fully accept and understand that this modification is intended for off-road use / race use only and that I am responsible for compliance with all relevant laws.
