This service is designed to help you with critical issues like

• In-depth advice on parts compatibility (e.g., cylinder head porting, cam choice).

• Troubleshooting customisation roadblocks.
• General advice.

How It Works

1. Purchase Your Slot: Once you complete the purchase, you are securing 30 minutes of our dedicated, uninterrupted expert time.
2. Choose Your Format: We will contact you directly to determine the best method for your consultation. You can choose:

• Detailed Email Exchange: If you have detailed questions or images you need us to review, we can provide a single, comprehensive response in writing.
• Video Call: A face-to-face video call (via Zoom or Google Meet) to discuss issues in real-time.
• Phone Call: A direct chat to walk through your problem.

Scheduling: Within 1–2 business days of your purchase, a member of our team will contact you directly via email to schedule your consultation at a time that works best for both your time zone and our workshop schedule.

60-Minute Remote Tuning Session

Do you need help with the gremlins, a flat spot or other specific issue with your PowerTronic or Power Commander?

As experts in engine performance and custom motorcycle builds, we receive hundreds of technical queries from around the world. For those highly specific or deeply complex problems specific to the tuner on your bike, we offer a private, 60-minute remote tuning session.

We will access your motorcycle remotely and make the necessary adjustments.  You will need a lap top (not a phone or tablet) connected to your vehicle for us to access it. 

How It Works

1. Purchase Your Slot: Once you complete the purchase, you are securing 60 minutes of our dedicated, uninterrupted expert time
2. Scheduling: Within 1–2 business days of your purchase, a member of our team will contact you directly via email to schedule your consultation at a time that works best for both your time zone and our workshop schedule.
