At Revelry Cycles, we pride ourselves on offering the best quality brands and expert advice to ensure you’re fully equipped for your next ride.

Important Return Conditions

  • Prior Approval Required: All returns must be pre-authorised. You must contact us and receive approval before returning any item. Unauthorised returns may be rejected or incur delays in processing.
  • Electronic Components (Final Sale): Due to the sensitive nature of electronic components and the possibility of damage due to improper installation or handling, these items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit due to change of mind, incompatibility, or incorrect sizing/selection.
    • This exclusion does not apply to products covered by a genuine manufacturer’s warranty for a major failure or defect as required by Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change-of-Mind Returns (Store Credit or Exchange Only)

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds for ‘change-of-mind’ returns.

However, once approved, we are happy to provide an exchange or a store credit, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Timeframe: The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase (or the date of delivery for online orders).
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, tax invoice).
  • Condition of Item/s:
    • Item/s must be returned in the original, unused condition you received them.
    • The original box and/or packaging must be included and in resalable condition, including all manufacturer tags where applicable.
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all returned items are delivered to Revelry Cycles in their original, resalable condition. Items not returned in this condition may incur a fee or result in a reduced store credit amount.

Store Credit & Exchanges

  • Store Credit: Store credit is valid for 3 years from the date of issue and is equal to the original purchase amount. All store credits are processed against your online customer account and can be applied during your next online cart checkout.
  • Exchanges: While we do our best to accommodate all exchange requests, stock availability can vary. Exchange requests are not held until the original item is received. If your preferred item or size is unavailable when your return is processed, we will automatically issue a store credit to your customer account.
  • Time-Sensitive Returns: Our regular returns policy applies to all items. If your return is time-sensitive, please do not purchase new items before your original items are returned and processed, as a refund will not be given in this scenario.

Refunds (Extenuating Circumstances Only)

Should you not want a credit or exchange, in extenuating circumstances and at the sole discretion of Revelry Cycles, we may issue a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee.

Preparing Your Return

  1. Approval & Form: Once your return is approved, please print the emailed Approved Return Form and include it in your return parcel. If you are unable to print the form, a neat, handwritten note with all the relevant information will suffice.
  2. Packaging Responsibility: Carefully package your return. You are responsible for all costs related to the repair of items damaged in shipping due to improper packaging.
  3. Return Postage: Customers are responsible for all return postage costs. Revelry Cycles offers an optional $18.95 flat-rate return for all non-bulky orders, which is charged during our return portal process.
  4. Important Packaging Note:
    • When returning a product in its original box (e.g., helmet, shoe box), you must wrap the box prior to taping or labelling.
    • DO NOT apply sticky tape or shipping labels directly to the original product box.
    • Failure to adhere to this may incur a fee or a reduced value in store credit.

Processing Your Return

  • Timeframe: We endeavour to have your store credit processed and finalised within 24 hours of receiving your approved return back in-store.
  • Exchanges: If you want an exchange, the fastest method is often to use your store credit to repurchase the new size or alternative product of your choosing once the credit is issued.
  • Lost in Transit: Parcels lost in transit when being returned to Revelry Cycles are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend keeping a record of your parcel’s tracking number.

Please Note:

  • Clearance Items: Items purchased on clearance are final sale. No returns will be accepted due to change of mind or incorrect sizing or fitment.
  • Incorrect or Faulty Products: If you have received an incorrect or genuinely faulty product (not covered by the electronic component exclusion for change of mind), please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue as soon as possible. Email your order information and photo evidence to support@revelrycycles.com.au.
  • Store Credit: Store credits cannot be returned and are not redeemable for cash.
